There shall be a total of two grand hotels built on a footprint of 19,500 square feet on a plot of about double this area. The hotels shall have unobstructed views to the beach and the beautiful lagoon. The access to the beach shall be very convenient. There would only be a paved footpath between the beach and the hotels. The hotels are designed to maximize views over the beach and the horizon - enabling a spectacular view of the sunrise. The rear side views will be complemented with the visual sight of vegetation and landscaping.
DELUXE HOTEL

Deluxe hotels shall be the second in-line when it comes to luxury and overall prominence in the Masterplan. There shall be a total of 2 units on the island, situated between and adjacent to the 2 grand hotels. The Deluxe hotels are slightly scaled-down in sizing to the Grand Hotels, with a total of up to 7 floors. These hotels shall occupy about 12,000 square feet each and house within it 80 rooms. This means that as a total, both Deluxe hotels shall host 160 rooms or 320 guests.
BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The Boutique hotels are distributed across 2 main areas on the island of Hankede. There will be a total of 8 Boutique Hotels, of which 6 hotels shall be located within the Zone C (Southern Precinct)and the other 2 on the Zone B (Northern Precinct). The Boutique Hotels on the Northern Precinct will be facing Central Parcel and shall be separated from the Grand and Deluxe hotels and the rear via a vegetation belt.

The Serviced apartments will serve as an important element of the Hankede master plan. These apartments will gener- ally house the population or guests that stay for prolonged periods, if not, house the people that permanently reside within Hankede. These apartments will be developed as real estate properties that can be owned by individuals. There would be 2 variants with minor differences, in order to adapt to the exact location, and to maintain the overall continuity of the massing on the island. Otherwise, the floor numbers, bed counts and so on, remain the same.
BEACH VILLA 2 ROOMS

All the beach villas in the Hankede Masterplan are located in the Zone D (Eastern precinct). The Beach Villa Type 1s are the villas located at the Southern beach side of the Zone D. The beach stretch at the Southern side of the precinct is a narrow strip with very limited land space. All the villas located here shall have 2 floor levels built on a footprint of 2000 square feet and contain 2 rooms. There will be a total of 8 of these villas, arranged as a single continuous stretch except a small light structure that is strategically placed at halfway, at the midpoint of this villa stretch. The Mixed use block shall house a commercial facility and also serve as a receiving point where buses and other vehicles can drop off people at the villas. The villas shall stand facing the arterial road at one side and the beach at the rear end - enabling a level of privacy in utilizing the beach.
BEACH VILLA 4 ROOMS

These villas are located on the Northern side of Zone D, virtually again in a continuous row except a break at about halfway by one of the arterial roads. There shall be a total of 9 beach villas of the Type 2. Beach Villa type 2 shall have 4 rooms placed within 2 floor levels laid out on a foot- print of 3,000 square feet. These villas will have a larger land area and enable a level of thicker vegetation or tree-line to be placed facing the road. The other end of the villas shall face directly towards the beach and the occupants shall enjoy the luxury of the beach relatively privately as it will be shielded by the villas. Beach Villa Type 2s shall also have a dipping pool open to the atmosphere.
